It is possible to save your search results via three different export options:
  1. Export directly into Excel using common XLS format. The results have a row of headers at the top. This is the recommended export option for most users.

  2. Converts objects into a series of comma-separated (CSV) strings and saves the strings in a CSV file. CSV export is the most versatile option for users who are already familiar with CSV. Please refer to this  slideshow presentation to guide you through this process.

  3. Export directly into Word using the common DOC format. The results show in a table, with a row of headers.

All three export functions are provided in the Organizations, Bibliographies, Biographies and Calendar interfaces at To use them, simply click on one of the export buttons

after performing your search, choose where to save the file, and open it in the corresponding application (Excel, Word, ...).
