Customized database interfaces
A customized interface is a method of delivery of selected UIA data via a user-friendly web portal (see e.g. our UNESCO project). Your staff, members or customers have immediate access to regularly updated data, regardless of their location. The customer selects the content and features of the interface.
After an initial consultation to learn your needs, our team works with you to clearly define your request. Regular communication is maintained throughout the development phase in order to provide feedback, and to ensure that the project is still on track. Involvement of your technical personnel may be required. Note should be taken that requests for customized services are carefully reviewed for their appropriateness. The UIA retains the right to refuse any request.

- Organizations data: name; acronym; foundation date; city; country; type.
- Meetings data: name of meeting; name of international organization (organizer); organization acronym; city; country; begin date; end date; number of participants.

Sophisticated search functionality. Search criteria may include:
- Organizations data: name; acronym; main office city; main office country; year of foundation; subject; member countries; type of organization; and combination searches.
- Meetings data: name of meeting; name of international organization (organizer); organization acronym; city; country; begin and end date; number of participants; subject; and combination searches.

Hyperlinks to other data elements within the specified data selection, including:
- to other cited organizations
- to all other organizations based in the same city or country
- to other events organized in the same city or country
- Hyperlinks to the web pages and e-mail addresses of organizations
- Export function in CSV format for mailings or creation of tailored lists of information
- Statistics, graphics and maps
